This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified or equivalent Accountant to join a world leading Manufacturing organisation. Reporting to the Financial Controller (UK) you will affect short-term and some long-term business goals through solid financial reporting.
- Maintaining accounting records for 6 statutory entities and the central cost centres administered in the UK;
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting internally and externally for these entities;
- Establish appropriate financial processes and controls to identify; activities that may cause the misstatement of financial position, including account reconciliations;
- Work with UK COE and Tax to prepare statutory financial statements;
- Assist in preparation and review of foreign currency forecasts for UK legal entities;
- Assist UK Controller with hedging, treasury systems and banking administration;
You will need to have an accounting qualification or equivalent, strong exposure to UK and US GAAP and the ability to interpret complex financial issues. The successful candidate can expect an excellent basic salary + outstanding company benefits.
