Ambridge Harris is currently recruiting for a Site HR Manager on behalf of a major Wiltshire based Food Manufacturing business. The main purpose for this role will be to lead the development and implementation of an HR Strategy for a growing manufacturing site and manage the supporting HR policies and practice to deliver a high quality professional HR service across the organisation.
Main duties within the role include contributing to the achievement of the organisation’s business strategy by the development and implementation of a cohesive, aligned HR strategy. You will be required to represent HR at Group level, mange a 100% capacity growth plan and Internal Training functions. You will provide expert advice and coaching to individual senior employees as appropriate and oversee the development, implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to ensure they are aligned with the needs of the business.
To be considered for this role you will ideally be MCIPD qualified or equivalent and be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge and practice of the full range of HR services in an organisation that has experienced rapid growth and change. You will also need experience in leading change, building teams and coaching senior managers. You will be highly credible, tenacious, have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to challenge, support, influence and engage peers as well as senior management.
