Competitive Salary + car allowance + competitive uncapped bonus scheme + the possibility of share options
Remit will be to establish an HR division, growing the existing cand/client database selling temp, interim, perm-retained and contingent. This individual will also be responsible for recruiting a team who will cover the South West, Wales and South Coast.
Initially they will be expected to bill as a consultant, their role changing as key revenue triggers are achieved via increases in headcount.
This is an opportunity to build and manage an autonomous HR division under the Ambridge Harris umbrella.
Background; minimum of 18 months experience recruiting within HR and of graduate calibre. |
