This is fantastic opportunity to join a world leading engineering business that continues to go from strength to strength. You will be dealing with a global supply base as well as managing all internal stakeholders’ expectations. Reporting in to the Head of global Sourcing you will be responsible for:
- You will ensure all product development into full scale production is achieved on time and within budget and to manage cost effective solution on all new projects and programmes.
- You will assist all Commodity managers in achieving a robust mechanism geared towards all sourcing principals to include best practice, cost down initiatives and timely delivery
- To ensure all programme metrics are hit within time and budget and quality is guaranteed at all times.
- Apply Programme and project management principals across all business functions to ensure all programmes are delivered to a world class standard.
In order to apply for this role you will need ideally to have an Aerospace/Defence background with a track history of commodity management and cross functional management. This is results driven environment and would suit someone with a skill set that leans to project and programme management with a background in Supply chain.
