HR Assistant ref : 10012
up to 19,000pa (dependant on experience)
Ambridge Harris is delighted to be supporting their well established client based on the border between Hampshire and Dorset to recruit for a HR Assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The main purpose of the HR Assistant role is to support the busy HR Team with all administrative duties and be first point of contact for all internal and external enquiries. Main responsibilities will include; - Maintaining employee files; recording training, absence, staff correspondence, employment terms etc - Recruitment support; co-ordinating applications, arranging interviews, generating contract of employment, obtaining references - Organising time-sheets and holiday requests - General administration; filing, answering the telephone, ordering of stock The ideal candidate will need; - Excellent IT skills; proven experience using Microsoft Packages; Word, Excel, Outlook - Strong Administration skills, ideally with experience within using databases' - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Car and Driving licence essential due to the need to travel to multiple sites to carry out HR duties. This is a great opportunity for someone who has had exposure of Administration within HR to develop their skills within a busy HR environment.
